Seeking a controller, with ideally experience in the insurance industry to oversee all aspects of financial management. Suitable candidates must have some experience or familiarity with EPIC.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Implement and maintain Financial Controls, including compliance with SOX regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management
- Manage and expand current team Key Skills:
Experience Required:
- Strong background in Management Accounting/Controlling
- Experience in implementing and monitoring Financial Controls, including SOX compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Team management
- Experience / familiarity with EPIC
