Role & Responsibilities:
- Immediate oversight of the book of business and TPA
- Develop and implement claims processing strategies
- Be a key decision maker in the strategic direction of the department
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience
Key Skills:
- 5+ Leadership and technical experience in Commercial Property Insurance
- Wider exposure to Casualty Insurance
- TPA oversight
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
This position is on a hybrid schedule out of Chicago, IL and the budget is flexible depending on level of experience.
