Head of Operations required for a market leading global insurance business offering an excellent package alongside operation to progress to C Level further down the line. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Manage operations for multiple functions, IT, operations, marketing, admin, etc
- Team of 10 direct reports
- Report directly to CEO / Regional COO
- Work closely with business unit heads
- Design and implement best practice across multiple functions within Singapore
Requirements:
- 10+ years operations experience (Head of Ops / Snr Manager / Director level or similar)
- Strong background within the insurance sector - ESSENTIAL
- Strong stakeholder management ability
- Knowledge of MAS regulations and guidelines
- Strong team management ability
- Ability to interact with all levels (Associate up to C Level)
