Our client's seeking a dynamic Lead IBM BPM Developer to design, develop, and optimize workflows for their business areas. Leverage 7 to 15 years of IBM BPM/BAW experience, showcasing proficiency in integration services, BPD Development, and SQL. Proactively address system issues and support on-call needs. Preferred skills include exposure to Microservices, DevOps, and mentoring junior developers.

Lead IBM BPM Developer - On-Site - Greater Houston, TX

OliverJames is currently hiring for our client in the Insurance industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions using IBM Business Process Manager (BPM).
  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable applications using IBM BPM and related technologies.
  • Integrate IBM BPM solutions with other enterprise systems and third-party services.
  • Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to junior developers.
  • Ensure adherence to coding best practices and project deadlines.

Key Skills

  • Proven experience as a Back End Developer, Front End Developer, or Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) and related technologies.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience in integrating BPM solutions with external systems and services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Note: This is a permanent job position in our client's IT department, on-site 5 days a week.
