Job Responsibilities

  • Review and implement the HR policies with the focus of handling complex customer's enquiries
  • Manage and support the enquiries related to recruitment cycle including movers, joiners and leavers
  • Support senior HR for internal procedure review
  • Conduct investigation on employee's misconduct issue
  • Support internal initiative by offering case / knowledge management
  • Assist in managing HR contract centre with the focus on maintaining the high efficiency of the current service model

Requirements

  • 3- 5+ HR experience with the specialisation in employee benefit/ internal learning and talent development
  • Independent professional who obsessed about details and deadline management.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to summarise and synthesise numbers and trends into business proposals.
  • Strong writing and communication techniques.
  • A comprehensive knowledge on HR principles and procedures
  • Role-modelling teamwork, collaboration. Identify and resolve issues on a timely manner.
  • Service oriented and customer centric.
  • Operational excellence - continually look for improvement and take ownership for responsibilities assigned.
